Ribbon is a character from Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards. One day on her home planet, Ripple Star, Dark Matter begins to take over the land, threatening all who live there. Ribbon quickly runs to her Queen, unsure of what to do. The Queen tells her to take their power crystal and escape. Ribbon, who now holds the only way to save Ripple Star, flies away with the power crystal. But she's pursued by three orbs of Dark Matter who attack her. The crystal shatters, forming about a hundred shards that fly out in different directions. Ribbon then lands on Pop Star, and finds Kirby. Together with the help of others, they must find the crystal shards and save Ripple Star!
